Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and marketing throughout the software development lifecycle. Deploy and test software workflows to verify documentation accuracy, support usability testing, and provide functionality feedback. Evaluate AI-generated technical content, apply modern documentation and doc-as-code workflows, and ensure clear, accurate, user-focused materials.

Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and test cases for the ArcGIS API for Python. Install and manage test automation infrastructure, create QA dashboards and reporting capabilities, troubleshoot customer issues, and collaborate with developers and product engineers to improve software quality. The role also involves technical documentation and supporting reliable, sustainable product delivery.

Review, draft, and negotiate cloud, software, procurement, and statements-of-work agreements. The role supports vendors and internal teams, aligns contract terms with business and risk objectives, identifies and mitigates contractual risks, manages high agreement volumes, and improves negotiation processes while protecting intellectual property and supporting Esri’s sales goals.

Support the ArcGIS Workflow Manager product by advocating for users, defining customer requirements, evaluating features, and contributing to software design, testing, documentation, and demonstrations. Troubleshoot product issues with software developers, provide technical assistance, and develop practical solutions that improve usability, quality, and functionality across desktop, web, and mobile applications.
