Perform order processing, inventory control, and production tasks in a warehouse setting. Pick/pack, generate SAP pick tickets, perform cycle counts, use scanners and computer systems, assist truck loading/unloading, maintain documentation, and support inventory reporting and operational programs.

Lead strategic partnerships with system integrators to drive ArcGIS adoption and partner-sourced revenue. Provide customer-focused contract support, mitigate contractual risk, and drive process improvement and reporting.
