As a GIS Solution Engineer, you will leverage GIS technology to advise local government clients, solve business challenges, and promote Esri solutions while traveling domestically and internationally.

Build backend services and APIs using Python, Node.js, and Java to power geospatial processing, automation, and integrations with ArcGIS Enterprise. Develop containerized tooling, ingestion pipelines, and deploy cloud-native or on-prem solutions while ensuring reliability, performance, and collaboration with platform, DevOps, and GIS teams.

Lead cross-functional teams to plan, design, build, and deploy geospatial solutions for Defense customers. Manage scope, schedule, budget, and proposals; engage stakeholders; drive business development; recommend architectures and implementation strategies using Esri technology to meet mission objectives.

Lead enterprise AEC account strategies to grow adoption of Esri GIS technology. Build executive relationships, manage complex sales cycles, present at events, collaborate across teams, and meet revenue goals while advising on AEC-specific location solutions and procurement processes.

Consult with customers to design and implement scalable, secure enterprise geospatial database solutions using Esri/ArcGIS technologies. Configure and maintain database environments (backup, HA/DR), monitor and tune performance, implement security and access controls, automate data workflows, and provide technical guidance across requirements, design, build, and deployment phases. Support integration with ArcGIS web, desktop, and mobile applications for Defense and Intel clients.

As a Product Test Engineer II, you will design and automate tests for ArcGIS software, collaborate with software engineers, and ensure product quality through testing and documenting issues.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements for public safety customers using Esri/ArcGIS. Design and demonstrate complex GIS solutions, integrate systems, advise on architecture, troubleshoot deployments, and support sales efforts while coaching teammates and presenting to executives and conferences.

Provide financial and operational support to Training Services: analyze pricing, revenue, costs, and processes; prepare financial reports and P&L analysis; manage contracts and GSA schedule compliance; lead revenue verification; recommend process improvements and present findings to leadership to ensure profitability and effective cross-team workflows.

Design and implement full‑stack, map-based web applications and scalable backend systems. Build responsive front ends with React/TypeScript, integrate ArcGIS APIs and Esri design system, containerize and deploy on Linux using Docker/Kubernetes, optimize distributed/cloud applications, and collaborate in Agile teams.
