Lead automation and electrical upgrade projects, troubleshoot PLC/HMI/SCADA/VFD/servo systems, develop schematics and documentation, support commissioning, and collaborate with production, maintenance, and vendors to improve safety, quality, reliability, productivity, and energy efficiency.

Support and improve extrusion production equipment and processes, lead equipment upgrades and CAPEX projects, develop preventive maintenance strategies, troubleshoot mechanical/hydraulic/electrical/control issues, and drive safety, quality, and reliability improvements in an aerospace extrusion manufacturing environment.

Support and improve electrical, controls, and automation systems for extrusion production. Lead electrical upgrades, control modernizations, and CAPEX projects. Develop preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshoot PLC/HMI/VFD/servo/motion control issues, coordinate with maintenance and vendors, drive safety, reliability and energy-efficiency initiatives, and ensure compliance with electrical codes and company standards in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

The Mechanical Technical Specialist will troubleshoot, lead training efforts, analyze equipment data, assist in process improvements, and manage small capital projects in the manufacturing environment.
