Support and improve electrical, controls, and automation systems for extrusion production. Lead electrical upgrades, control modernizations, and CAPEX projects. Develop preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshoot PLC/HMI/VFD/servo/motion control issues, coordinate with maintenance and vendors, drive safety, reliability and energy-efficiency initiatives, and ensure compliance with electrical codes and company standards in an aerospace manufacturing environment.

The Mechanical Technical Specialist will troubleshoot, lead training efforts, analyze equipment data, assist in process improvements, and manage small capital projects in the manufacturing environment.

Lead category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier and contract management, cost-savings initiatives, and cross-functional stakeholder support for outside processing and contract manufacturing. Drive process standardization, KPIs, supplier development, and operational issue resolution.

Lead procurement operations across multiple North American sites, ensuring consistent execution of regional/global strategies. Build and coach site procurement teams, drive cost and performance improvements, maintain supply continuity and SOX-compliant governance, manage supplier performance, and translate strategy into site-level execution.

Provide electrical engineering support for Hot Rolling production: design, upgrade, troubleshoot PLC/HMI controls, analyze process data (PI Vision/Data Link), lead projects, install industrial cameras, and improve automated inspection and equipment reliability.
