Provide acquisition and contracting expertise for AFNWC NC3 programs: develop acquisition strategies, draft RFPs/IFBs, evaluate offers, support price/cost evaluations, administer contracts through lifecycle, perform contract close-outs, collect and analyze data, support clerical and training functions, and identify requirements.

Provides principal-level systems engineering support for Department of the Air Force battle network acquisition and lifecycle activities. Responsibilities include operational analysis, systems-of-systems architecture, requirements translation, interoperability design, risk assessment, execution strategy, and test and evaluation planning. The role supports sensor-to-shooter connectivity across joint and coalition forces, evaluates future-state architectures, and applies analytics, modeling, simulation, cloud, agile, DevSecOps, and acquisition expertise.
