Manage, secure, and monitor servers, workstations, VMs, and networks; troubleshoot incidents; enforce access controls and STIG/RMF compliance; automate tasks with scripting; support DevOps, vulnerability management, accreditation, and documentation for mission-critical classified environments.

Manage program Configuration Management and CDRL data for DoD programs: maintain baselines, control changes, support CCBs/TRBs, prepare FCA/PCA audits, track contractor deliveries, and ensure contractual compliance.

Support DoD contracting activities for AFLCMC/HNJ at Hanscom AFB including acquisition strategy, drafting RFPs/IFBs, price/cost evaluation, contract administration and close-out, data analysis, clerical support, and training. Contractor will not negotiate and must perform other assigned duties in support of special programs.

Design, implement, document, and maintain software solutions across cloud and non-cloud environments. Perform systems analysis, develop specifications, integrate with teams and vendors, and apply DevOps and Agile practices. Troubleshoot, test, and improve operations while meeting customer needs and completing mission-related engineering tasks.

Lead acquisition program analysis and reporting for DoD systems: assess cost, schedule, and performance; support statutory reports; coordinate reviews, PMR/POM tasks, IMP/IMS, risk management, and cross-functional schedules.

Lead development, negotiation, and administration of various subcontract types (T&M, Labor Hour, Fixed Price, Cost Reimbursable/Award Fee). Ensure FAR/DFAR/DCMA compliance, create compliant subcontract files, perform price/cost analysis, review solicitations for flow-downs, support post-award management, advise capture teams, and lead/training responsibilities across programs and proposals.

Lead pricing strategy and proposal pricing for DoD and federal contracts. Develop compliant pricing models, cost volumes, labor rate build-ups, indirect rate analyses, and pricing recommendations across FFP, cost-plus, T&M, and IDIQ contracts. Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and TINA requirements; support negotiations with government customers and teaming partners; present analyses to executive leadership; and manage, mentor, and train Pricing Analysts.

Manages configuration and data management for the T-7 Advanced Pilot Training program. Responsibilities include maintaining product baselines, managing CDRL documentation, analyzing change impacts, supporting FCAs and PCAs, executing CCB processes, reviewing engineering change proposals, maintaining configuration databases, and resolving issues with government and contractor teams.
