The HCM Sales Executive is responsible for building relationships, creating revenue opportunities, and managing sales processes for Asure Software's HCM solutions. Key tasks include prospecting, running demos, and leveraging Salesforce CRM for sales management.

Serve as a hands-on HR Generalist handling full-cycle onboarding/offboarding, benefits and 401(k) administration, I-9/e-Verify, leaves of absence support, policy upkeep, HR metrics/reporting, and employee engagement and culture initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Design and develop end-to-end learning programs (onboarding, product, role, manager development). Build eLearning, job aids, facilitator guides, assessments, and blended learning. Partner with SMEs and stakeholders, apply adult learning models, manage authoring workflows and LMS organization, define success metrics, use analytics to iterate, and maintain content for internal and external audiences.

Sell Asure's HCM platform (payroll, HR, time & attendance) by prospecting new clients, penetrating existing accounts, building referral relationships, delivering presentations, managing a sales pipeline to meet quota, and using Salesforce and virtual selling tools. Support field sales in Nashville with hybrid on-site work.

Manage and grow relationships with top HCM clients, identify expansion opportunities, conduct discovery calls and demos, partner with internal SMEs, create proposals, execute agreements, and maintain pipeline and reporting (Salesforce) to meet sales targets.
