The Associate Director leads the application development team, managing projects and fostering collaboration with internal and external partners to achieve business goals.

Lead data-driven lifecycle communications and cross-channel testing (email, SMS, direct mail, AI) to drive customer engagement. Coordinate testing, targeting, automation, measurement, and platform transitions while partnering with Analytics, Product, Operations, Technology, and Compliance. Present results, mitigate risks, and scale reliable marketing processes.

Support day-to-day branch sales operations by analyzing performance, delivering staff training, performing quality audits, identifying process improvements, and backing up supervisors to drive loan growth and product mix.

Design and review enterprise security architectures aligned to NIST standards across cloud and hybrid environments. Lead security reviews, identify gaps, advise mitigation, and translate requirements into controls. Develop governance, policies, and reference architectures; mentor teams and communicate risks to stakeholders. Ensure compliance, validate controls, and stay current on emerging threats and AI/GenAI security.

Support daily liquidity management, cash positioning, and payment operations across ACH, wires, checks, cards, and real-time solutions. Resolve payment exceptions, manage bank relationships, maintain account governance and SOX controls, and develop reporting and dashboards using Excel, SQL, and Power BI. Drive process improvements, participate in automation and payment innovation initiatives, and present insights to leadership.

Lead FP&A expense planning for a 1,300-branch network and central operations: own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI definition, and executive reporting. Manage and develop a small FP&A team, build business cases and cost-optimization models, drive process improvements, and partner with operations leaders to improve efficiency and accountability.
