Lead delivery of large transportation programs (transit rail, highway bridge, heavy civil) in the NY/NJ market. Oversee project phases, budgets, schedules, contracts, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and staffing; act as primary client liaison and mentor project teams. Ensure compliance with commercial, design, construction, sustainability, and community requirements.

Assist with earned value and scheduling concepts, participate in cost review meetings, and help develop procedures.

Manage a portfolio of complex construction projects and clients, deliver assigned revenue and profit margins, mitigate risk and claims, supervise other project managers, and ensure projects complete without write-downs. Focus includes education facility projects (K–12 and higher ed) and directing teams to minimize exposures and uphold flawless execution.

Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre and colocation projects, managing multidisciplinary teams through concept, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Serve as primary client interface, control budgets and schedules, manage contractor performance, oversee live and new-build site operations, and ensure risk, change control, and governance.
