On-site Supplier Quality Engineer supporting SEM production: perform real-time inspections, verify procedural compliance, drive issue closure with stakeholders, lead operator quality training, manage RMA process and tracking, support CAPA and root cause analysis, and identify process optimization opportunities to reduce variation and errors.

Lead a customer-facing application and systems engineering team for Advantest V93000 test solutions. Drive test strategy from requirements through wafer sort, final test, and HVM ramp; manage program development, debug, characterization, optimization, yield and cost improvements, escalations, and customer success. Assesses solutions for capability, cost, risk, scalability, and business value; recommends adoption strategies; supports customers and internal stakeholders; delivers technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations; and monitors developments in LLMs, automation, and agentic workflows.

Lead and align engineering services to translate customer technical requirements into execution across applications, design, signal/power integrity, simulation, and CAM. Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, global capacity planning, cross-functional coordination, and accountable delivery of customer commitments while reporting to the CEO.

Drive territory sales and strategic account growth in semiconductor capital equipment (Silicon Validation). Develop account plans, build executive and technical relationships, qualify opportunities, define solutions, collaborate with product teams, monitor market trends, and achieve revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction targets. Provide consultative selling and ensure technical/ commercial fit.

Lead the Semiconductor Test Socket and Thermal Solutions BU with full P&L responsibility. Align engineering, manufacturing, and sales to drive product lifecycle, DFM, global GTM, forecasting, supply chain, quality, pricing, and capital allocation to achieve EBITDA growth and high-volume reliability.

Lead a team developing and deploying ATE test programs for Power, Analog, Converter and mixed‑signal devices. Define test strategies, oversee test hardware/software (93k), manage NPIs to production, own KPIs, support yield/root‑cause analysis, and drive hiring and technical leadership across cross‑functional teams.

Support SJSU EE182 labs while training on Advantest V93000 ATE and SmarTest 8. Operate test systems and measurement equipment, assist with lab operations, and help develop training and laboratory materials.

The Application Engineer develops and optimizes test solutions for high-performance devices using V93000 ATE, requires collaboration and customer communication. Expect travel for projects.
