Provides legal counsel for complex commercial, software, SaaS, cloud, intellectual property, and technology transactions. Advises stakeholders on AI governance, regulatory developments, vendor agreements, data usage, licensing, and emerging technology risks. Drafts and negotiates contracts, maintains legal playbooks, delivers training, and partners with business, engineering, IT, cybersecurity, compliance, procurement, and executive teams on domestic and international matters.

Lead semiconductor memory and system-level test solutions for Advantest platforms and customer environments. Manage technical projects, benchmark and pre/post-sales activities, test-program development, debugging, characterization, defect analysis, customer training, and technical workshops. Collaborate with applications, R&D, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and customer engineering teams to resolve issues, define requirements, and improve products. Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

On-site Supplier Quality Engineer supporting SEM production: perform real-time inspections, verify procedural compliance, drive issue closure with stakeholders, lead operator quality training, manage RMA process and tracking, support CAPA and root cause analysis, and identify process optimization opportunities to reduce variation and errors.

Lead a customer-facing application and systems engineering team for Advantest V93000 test solutions. Drive test strategy from requirements through wafer sort, final test, and HVM ramp; manage program development, debug, characterization, optimization, yield and cost improvements, escalations, and customer success. Promote automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Conducts supplier audits, manages SCAR and CAPA activities, monitors supplier quality metrics, and resolves manufacturing quality issues. Leads supplier quality for NPI, production transfers, validations, pilot builds, and readiness reviews. Develops quality documentation, scorecards, procedures, and audit records while collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and suppliers. Requires technical root cause analysis, risk assessment, corrective action management, and domestic and international travel.

Evaluates emerging AI technologies, platforms, infrastructure, and vendors through technical assessments, proof-of-concepts, benchmarks, and pilot deployments. Assesses solutions for capability, cost, risk, scalability, and business value; recommends adoption strategies; supports customers and internal stakeholders; delivers technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations; and monitors developments in LLMs, automation, and agentic workflows.
