Develop and close net-new state and local government accounts for LearnVantage workforce training solutions. Build pipeline through Accenture relationships and independent prospecting, engage senior agency leaders, navigate public-sector procurement, present consultative solutions, exceed bookings targets, demonstrate workforce and citizen-service ROI, and provide market feedback to curriculum and product teams.

Drive federal sales growth for LearnVantage learning and skilling solutions across civilian and Department of Defense accounts. Build pipeline, manage channel and Accenture Federal Services partnerships, pursue direct opportunities, engage agency stakeholders, translate workforce needs into technical training solutions, lead RFI/RFP responses, and manage forecasting and CRM discipline. Travel up to 25% is required, primarily around the Washington, DC area and key agency locations.

Lead and manage SAP Employee Central Payroll implementations and workstreams: drive delivery, configure payroll solutions, manage scope/risk, coordinate technical/reporting/conversion/change teams, ensure service quality, document requirements/decisions, and engage with clients. Regular client travel required.

Originate and close net-new Accenture business across mid-market and subsidiary accounts through channel-led sales motions. Build pipeline, execute targeted outreach, develop proposals with internal teams, represent Accenture at industry events, forecast opportunities, and contribute to go-to-market strategy. The role requires executive-level relationship building, strong commercial judgment, and collaboration across ecosystem and channel partners.

Drive enterprise sales for LearnVantage workforce learning solutions. Partner with Accenture account teams, develop pipelines across existing and greenfield accounts, engage C-suite stakeholders, present consultative solutions, close new logos, expand accounts, and achieve bookings targets. Demonstrate ROI from AI, data, cloud, networking, 5G, and certification training while sharing client feedback with product and curriculum teams. Travel may range from 25% to 50%.

Own and grow LearnVantage revenue through government-focused channel partners, aggregators, resellers, and prime contractors. Responsibilities include joint business planning, pipeline development, partner recruitment and enablement, government procurement vehicle management, pursuit strategy, executive relationship management, sales target tracking, and coordination with Accenture’s public-sector teams. The role requires originating and closing significant net-new business while presenting workforce reinvention and AI learning solutions to government partners and customers.
