Lead variable speed technology product portfolio strategy for NEMA motors, driving SKU rationalization, SLA governance, market intelligence, and new product requirements. Establish product management processes, manage product managers, and work cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Sales to commercialize products and improve margin and portfolio vitality.

Design, develop, and automate test processes and execute automated testing to verify product specifications and compliance. Support standards compliance and audits, document test programs and procedures, implement process improvements, perform system upgrades, and provide technical support to design and development teams.

Provide technical, order, payment and escalation support to internal and external customers; manage accounts receivable and disputes; track orders for on-time delivery; support customer-facing tools and CRM; identify and implement process improvements and automation (Salesforce/SFDC, CRM) to improve customer satisfaction.
