Lead and grow a team of Customer and Community Success Managers, serve as executive sponsor for key clients, manage renewals/expansion, mitigate risks and escalations, oversee onboarding and adoption, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale processes and staff development.

Verify and maintain social service program listings, research and add new resources, respond to user tickets, use internal curation tools, and collaborate with the team to ensure data accuracy and platform support.

Track performance metrics and support operational workflows for marketplace fulfillment while enabling Sales and Customer Success through training and robust process documentation.
