Manage commercial real estate escrow transactions from account establishment through closing. Responsibilities include coordinating buyers, sellers, lenders, and underwriting; processing documents; accounting for and disbursing funds; preparing closing statements and status reports; meeting deadlines; mitigating risk; and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering strong customer service.

The role requires extensive title examination and searching experience across Arizona, California, and Nevada, strong legal-document research skills, and the ability to interpret intricate residential, commercial, and home-builder title matters.

Manage bulk mortgage loan onboarding projects from planning through post-onboarding review. Coordinate clients, retiring servicers, internal teams, and external partners; establish timelines, track project plans, communicate status, resolve concerns, maintain transfer procedures, and ensure accurate, timely completion. The role requires strong mortgage servicing and transfer-of-servicing knowledge, stakeholder management, customer service, communication, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Handles real estate escrow transactions from account setup through closing, including title clearance, document preparation and review, fund disbursement, settlement calculations, recording, and regulatory compliance. Serves as a neutral liaison among buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, and brokers while maintaining accurate records, protecting confidential information, resolving title issues, and ensuring transactions comply with company policies and applicable requirements.
