Owns the strategy, governance, risk management, automation, and operational expansion of the bank’s ACH program. The role monitors performance, coordinates audits and regulatory compliance, leads system implementations and vendor relationships, develops policies and training, manages incidents, and provides recommendations to senior leadership. It requires deep ACH expertise, cross-functional leadership, and experience scaling payment operations in a regulated financial-services environment.

Leads mortgage document and loan transaction processing for assumptions, partial releases, and land transactions. Reviews and prepares loan files, researches exceptions, performs reconciliations, coordinates with internal teams, clients, customers, vendors, and external parties, and recommends process improvements. Serves as a subject matter expert, troubleshoots complex issues, develops procedures and job aids, and helps coordinate team activities.

Processes specialized mortgage servicing transactions, including partial releases, land additions, and easements. Reviews loan, property, title, legal, valuation, and survey documentation; determines eligibility; coordinates investor, insurer, client, title, appraisal, and legal approvals; resolves deficiencies; tracks transactions through completion; maintains records; and escalates complex issues while ensuring regulatory and company compliance.

Processes high-volume foreclosure orders, performs quality control, reviews title and real property documents, manages data and invoices, prepares reinstatement quotes, and communicates with owners, vendors, and clients. The role also opens and updates foreclosure orders in proprietary systems, monitors email, reviews title reports, and supports administrative foreclosure operations while handling confidential information.

Manage simple and complex land acquisition escrow transactions, serving as a neutral liaison among buyers, sellers, and lenders. Establish escrow accounts, process documents, account for and disburse funds, prepare closing statements and legal documents, monitor risks with underwriting, produce status reports, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering strong customer service.

Analyzes bank payment operations across ACH, wire, and instant-payment rails. Identifies process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, capacity constraints, and trends; develops reporting and dashboards; performs root-cause analysis; documents current and future-state processes; supports requirements, testing, implementation, audits, and operational readiness for payment changes. Partners with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, Product, Technology, Finance, and Fraud teams to recommend scalable process improvements.

Analyzes and improves Treasury Management processes, products, workflows, customer onboarding, and service delivery. Partners with banking, operations, technology, risk, and client teams to identify inefficiencies, define requirements, support implementations, develop documentation and reporting, conduct testing, and recommend automation and process improvements. Requires commercial banking or Treasury Management knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, Excel proficiency, and experience with Prelim or workflow automation tools.

Provides underwriting counsel, support, and authorization for real estate title insurance commitments and policies. Underwrites transactions within delegated authority, interprets real estate title and settlement regulations, develops underwriting standards, and guides personnel, agents, and customers. The role also communicates underwriting guidance, resolves complex issues, and requires occasional local travel in New Jersey.

Graduate law interns conduct legal research supporting commercial title underwriting decisions, analyze real estate law issues involving title, liens, foreclosure, and authority, review policy forms and underwriting standards, participate in risk analysis discussions, and shadow underwriters on active transactions. The internship provides exposure to title insurance, coverage analysis, legal workflow systems, risk management, professional networking, and mentorship from underwriters and in-house counsel.

Graduate law interns support commercial title underwriting through legal research, analysis of title, lien, foreclosure, and authority issues, and review of policy forms and endorsements. They participate in underwriting discussions, risk analysis sessions, active transaction shadowing, and approval workflows. The role provides exposure to real estate law, title insurance, coverage analysis, underwriting systems, risk management, and corporate legal operations.
