Development role preparing candidates for promotion to Sales Representative. Responsibilities include learning sales processes, products, services, and sales administration; building client relationships; conducting market research; developing territory strategies; observing account calls; preparing presentations; and maintaining industry knowledge. Provide in-office administrative support to the Escrow team: open orders, read title commitments, take steps to clear title, interpret agreements, communicate with customers, and use software tools to ensure smooth escrow closings and excellent customer experiences.

Examine chains of title for residential and commercial properties, analyze records (mortgages, liens, easements, probate, trusts), resolve title issues with clients, attorneys and lenders, prepare and approve title commitments and policies, price commitments/endorsements, and provide underwriting interpretation within guidelines. Role is in-office in Glendale, CA.

Supports commercial escrow transactions by preparing closing documents, entering closing statement information, coordinating disbursements and follow-up, interpreting agreements, and communicating with customers. Provides administrative and customer support while prioritizing deadlines, maintaining accurate records, solving problems, and adapting to escrow technologies and software applications.
