The Escrow Assistant supports the Escrow Officer and team in real estate transactions, ensuring precision, urgency, and high-quality service to clients while contributing to successful home closings.

As an Escrow Officer, you will manage real estate transactions, ensure proper fund handling, prepare legal documents, and support clients and team members.

The Escrow Officer will handle real estate transactions, establish escrow accounts, manage funds, and process closing documents while ensuring compliance with policies.

Manage title insurance claims from intake to resolution: investigate and evaluate claims, set reserves, determine coverage, retain and manage outside counsel, negotiate settlements, attend mediations/court, approve invoices, and pursue recovery when appropriate.

Support commercial escrow transactions by preparing closing documents, inputting closing statements, handling disbursements and follow-up, and communicating with customers. Interpret agreements as they relate to escrow closings, use company software and MS Office, and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced team environment.
