Supports escrow officers with opening orders, reviewing title commitments, clearing title, interpreting agreements, communicating with customers, and completing administrative tasks. The role uses office and transaction technologies to facilitate residential real estate closings and deliver a strong customer experience. It is an in-office position in Minnetonka, Minnesota.

Develops and retains a client base within an assigned territory by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts. Builds relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, attorneys, and other customers; generates leads, executes sales plans, presents solutions, attends industry events, supports local marketing, and collaborates with operations and escrow teams to achieve sales goals.

Senior Business Systems Analyst partners with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations to translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs. Facilitates Agile delivery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, release readiness, and post-release support. Analyzes feedback and metrics to recommend product improvements and ensures requirements traceability throughout the software development lifecycle.

Provides administrative post-closing support for loan packages, including auditing documents, submitting materials for recording, paying recording and mortgage taxes, disbursing funds, reconciling files, tracking submissions, scanning and indexing documents, mailing final documents, and coordinating with internal and external parties.

Examines residential property titles and chains of title by researching public records, analyzing mortgages, liens, judgments, easements, and related documents. Resolves documentation issues, verifies ownership and legal descriptions, prepares initial title commitments, reviews reports for accuracy, and may provide underwriting interpretations within established guidelines.

Manages Business Analysts and Business Systems Analysts while providing leadership across digital transformation programs and agile software development initiatives. The role translates business needs into functional and system requirements, oversees analysis documentation, supports testing and product rollouts, and serves as a liaison among business, product, design, and engineering teams. Additional responsibilities include mentoring staff, setting team objectives, supporting hiring and performance management, developing a Business Analysis Center of Excellence, and providing leadership with roadmap, budget, and resource-planning insights.

Oversee multiple medium-to-large complex projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include developing project plans and budgets, coordinating resources and deliverables, facilitating cross-functional meetings, managing risks and issues, tracking milestones and costs, and communicating project status to stakeholders, management, and clients. The role requires collaboration with business technology teams and may involve work outside normal hours.

Supports business-rule-driven calculator solutions used for fees, rates, premiums, estimates, disclosures, and settlement costs. Gathers and documents requirements, evaluates defects and enhancements, manages the enhancement backlog, coordinates testing and change control, validates compliance, maintains functional documentation, and provides customer and application support. Partners with product, technology, quality assurance, compliance, and business teams to investigate issues, prioritize improvements, and ensure accurate, reliable calculator functionality.

Conducts Alabama title research, compiles title search packages, documents findings, investigates tax records, determines tax liabilities, and prepares departmental correspondence and reports. The role works independently under general supervision, applies established procedures, communicates findings, and escalates complex issues. Work may be performed remotely with travel to courthouses, municipalities, and government entities.

Leads complex, cross-functional projects from concept through implementation and operational handoff. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, scheduling, governance, risk and issue management, executive reporting, stakeholder coordination, legacy title plant data migration, platform initiatives, and post-implementation support. Serves as Scrum Master for an OCR Manufacturing platform, facilitates Agile ceremonies, coordinates releases, tracks metrics, and drives continuous improvement across business and technology teams.
