Provide legal underwriting counsel and authorization for commercial real estate title insurance commitments and policies. Evaluate risks using underwriting standards, advise internal teams on settlement and transaction matters, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and support daily underwriting operations to mitigate risk and maintain process consistency.

Manage a team of commercial underwriters to support issuance of real estate title insurance commitments and policies, ensure consistent application of underwriting standards within delegated authority, oversee daily operations and settlement guidance, participate in planning and project reviews, coach and develop staff, and collaborate with leaders to implement solutions that support business effectiveness.

Lead discovery and requirements gathering, map and document business processes, develop AI/automation proof-of-concepts, apply AI tools to analyze and build solutions, and recommend process improvements across data, automation, and analytics engagements.

The Commercial Title Examiner manages complex real estate transaction projects, analyzes public records, verifies ownership, prepares title commitments, and collaborates with underwriters and clients to ensure smooth closings.

The role involves selling 1031 exchange services, market research, developing partnerships, presentations, and progress tracking on client development.
