Evaluate risks using underwriting standards, advise internal teams on settlement and transaction matters, ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, and support daily underwriting operations to mitigate risk and maintain process consistency.

Manage a team of commercial underwriters to support issuance of real estate title insurance commitments and policies, ensure consistent application of underwriting standards within delegated authority, oversee daily operations and settlement guidance, participate in planning and project reviews, coach and develop staff, and collaborate with leaders to implement solutions that support business effectiveness.

Design, build, and support scalable Salesforce enterprise solutions (Financial Services Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, Data360, Agentforce). Lead technical execution, integrations (REST/SOAP/middleware), automation, AI-enabled features, and engineering best practices across the SDLC while partnering with Product, Data, Security, and DevOps teams.

Develop and maintain a client base within an assigned territory by acquiring new business and expanding existing accounts. Build relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys, present solutions, attend industry events, collaborate with marketing and operations, and meet sales goals.

Lead cross-functional discovery and translate business objectives into scalable requirements, user stories, data mappings, and integration patterns across Salesforce, Data360, Marketing Cloud, and custom platforms to enable customer data governance, activation, and AI-enabled experiences.
