The Escrow Officer manages real estate transactions by establishing escrow accounts, processing necessary documents, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Provide administrative and customer support for escrow transactions: open orders, prepare closing documents, input closing statements, handle disbursements, interpret agreements, and communicate with customers and internal teams while using escrow technologies and MS Office.

Manage title insurance claims from investigation through resolution: determine coverage and loss, evaluate defenses, retain and direct outside counsel, negotiate settlements, appear in court/mediations, manage claim budgets and reserves, and pursue recoveries.
