Supports fiduciary income tax reporting and financial planning by reviewing tax returns, coordinating tax payments and filings, preparing projections and estimates, addressing tax notices, generating tax worksheets, and maintaining data integrity between trust accounting systems and tax software. The role also assists with estate and financial planning, tax withholding returns, quality control, procedure updates, and special projects. Some travel to tax conferences may be required.

Interpret agreements, use office technologies, greet visitors, operate a multi-line phone system, monitor visitor access, and maintain appointment calendars to ensure smooth escrow closings and excellent customer service.

Perform commercial title research and compile title packages for escrow and closings. Document research, process departmental documents, investigate and interpret tax records, and escalate issues as needed. Work may involve remote searches and travel to courthouses or government offices.
