Lead and execute engineering program plans: manage schedules, resources, budgets, and vendor performance. Provide technical guidance, coordinate with customers, use project management tools for tracking and reporting, and manage direct or matrixed team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Provide global product support for CMP equipment: develop service procedures and BKMs, perform build & test and failure analysis, drive CAPA/FMECA activities, create technical documentation and training, partner with manufacturing, quality, and parts groups, and train/support field and customer engineers.

Lead complex planning activities across product life cycles, focusing on demand forecasting, inventory management, and service performance improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage risks, and mentor junior planners in achieving planning operational efficiencies.

Lead design and delivery of opto-mechanical subsystems, troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, produce detailed component and assembly drawings with tight tolerances, perform mechanical and environmental analyses, design for sub-micron alignment and stability, define opto-mechanical interfaces, lead integration/alignment and calibration, and drive design for manufacturability and HVM with suppliers as technical lead.

Responsible for developing and implementing commodity strategies, managing supplier agreements, resolving supply chain issues, and identifying cost reduction opportunities.

As a Software Engineer, you'll design, develop, and debug software solutions for semiconductor equipment, leading technical initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Manage materials planning and supplier activities for new product introductions: forecast demand, drive MRP, select and assess suppliers, negotiate pricing/delivery, execute commercialization materials plans, control material changes, track KPIs and landed cost, and resolve supplier quality issues in partnership with engineering and quality teams.
