Design, integrate, and optimize complex RF sensor systems for semiconductor equipment. Lead architecture development, write system specifications, support integration and testing, troubleshoot complex engineering issues, and coordinate cross-functional and vendor relationships.

Manage global insurance programs, coordinate property risk engineering and loss control, oversee claims and vendor partners, support contract reviews, collect and analyze underwriting data for renewals, and assist with insurance budgeting and risk mitigation across corporate functions and global business units.

Lead supplier technology strategy and roadmaps, evaluate supplier readiness and risks, and drive joint development and qualification. Serve as primary technical interface with strategic suppliers, collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, quality, supply chain, legal), manage IP and commercial decisions, and support M&A and technical diligence to ensure scalability and production readiness.

Lead global, cross-functional projects from initiation to close, ensuring scope, cost, timelines, resource utilization, and compliance. Drive ERP/system implementations, order management/process optimization, digital enablement, automation, and global logistics initiatives while liaising between business and IT and reporting required project documentation.

Lead and manage semiconductor R&D lab tool installations and bay fit-up upgrades in Silicon Valley. Responsible for project planning, design review, permitting, construction, commissioning, budget and schedule management, vendor selection, performance metrics, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment. Oversee facility PMs and contractors to ensure safety, code compliance, and reduced project cycle times while developing global methods and platforms for tool hook-up teams.

Lead and execute engineering program plans: manage schedules, resources, budgets, and vendor performance. Provide technical guidance, coordinate with customers, use project management tools for tracking and reporting, and manage direct or matrixed team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.
