Design, optimize, and characterize semiconductor and display manufacturing processes. Collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, document results, troubleshoot complex issues, engage with customers and vendors, train engineers, and lead projects to implement new technologies and instrumentation.

Coordinate engineering, operations, supply chain, and contract manufacturers to manage schedules, risks, KPIs, FA/CA tracking, and technology transfer from pilot to high-volume manufacturing, supporting reviews and factory-side execution with significant travel.

Lead strategic transformation projects across Applied Global Services to improve productivity, reduce cycle time and costs, and embed continuous improvement. Own full project lifecycle: analyze as-is, quantify opportunities, design solutions, gain stakeholder buy-in, and drive implementation. Perform rigorous data-driven analysis of large datasets, present executive-level recommendations, and partner cross-functionally while applying program management and change-management disciplines.

Develop and document service, install, retrofit, and maintenance procedures for metal deposition (ALD/CVD) products. Lead first-chamber build & test, troubleshoot and resolve issues, support manufacturing final test, partner on CAPA and failure analysis, create BKMs/CENs/ISBs, collect qualification data, develop training and train field/service engineers, and coordinate parts stocking.

Design, modify, and troubleshoot electrical assemblies, schematics, and control systems for semiconductor equipment. Perform engineering analysis and testing, generate documentation and test reports, coordinate procurement and assembly of components, and resolve technical issues to support product releases and system integration.

Provide advanced technical product support for a customer fleet: manage escalations, installations, calibrations, upgrades, ECOs, and performance reporting. Serve as field escalation focal point between customers, field engineering, and product teams; support Alpha/Beta site testing; create and review technical documentation and implementation plans. Mentor junior colleagues and lead small projects to improve system reliability and service.
