Lead the Business Management organization to set strategy, forecast and deliver bookings, revenue and gross margin; drive pricing and competitive positioning; manage senior customer interactions and cross-functional programs; develop managers and present business results to BU leadership. Design, optimize, and troubleshoot lithography processes for semiconductor and quantum devices using DUV scanners. Perform mask layout work, CD-SEM recipe creation, metrology, data collection and analysis, root-cause investigations, documentation, and cross-team collaboration with vendors, customers, and R&D teams.

The Process Support Engineer ensures optimal system performance, supports customer installations, troubleshoots issues, and develops processes for semiconductor manufacturing.

Provide technical and operational support to customers, manage internal requests, and ensure alignment with business processes to drive customer satisfaction.

Responsible for strategic direction and customer relationships, formulating strategies, aligning product specifications, conducting pricing analysis, and meeting financial targets. Manages multiple projects and aids junior colleagues.

Lead a team of customer engineers to enhance customer experience with semiconductor equipment, manage day-to-day operations, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Serve as the primary interface between sales and business units for assigned accounts, manage RFQs and product/configuration specifications, coordinate demos/inspections, recommend pricing, support financial targets and forecasts, and program-manage account initiatives to drive market share and product positioning.
