Manage facility and infrastructure projects for semiconductor manufacturing from planning through closeout. Develop project plans, track budgets and schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, review design drawings, support equipment installations, and ensure compliance with safety and hazardous gas/chemical system requirements.

Standardize end-to-end workflows, design audit-ready controls, apply process mining and data-driven improvement, prototype no-code/low-code/AI solutions, and integrate TPRM with contracting. Drive continuous improvement, governance, and cross-functional change adoption while partnering with Legal, Technology, Analytics, and Audit.

Lead product marketing for semiconductor advanced packaging and related technologies: define go-to-market and pricing strategies, drive competitive intelligence and market analysis, partner with engineering/sales/manufacturing to launch and manage product lifecycles, and act as subject-matter expert to maximize customer engagement and business growth.

Manage multiple supplier quality and engineering programs from planning through implementation. Lead cross-functional teams, develop project plans, track schedules in PM tools, resolve program risks, improve supply chain quality processes and dashboards, and report status to stakeholders while contributing to organizational strategy and AOP.

Provide technical product support for new and legacy semiconductor/display equipment: lead FOAK support, capture lessons learned, develop service procedures and BKMs, participate in design reviews, drive failure analysis and CAPA, coordinate with Quality & Reliability, own beta site test plans, train account teams, and support new product final tests and parts stocking.

Manage and coach district customer engineers, maintain customer relationships, drive account planning and system installations, oversee RMA and hours tracking, enforce escalation procedures, and coordinate with product divisions on support, training, spares, and reliability while meeting financial and performance targets.
