Collect and analyze data, perform hardware characterization, troubleshoot complex issues and root-cause analysis, measure film properties, create technical documentation, engage with customers, partner with vendors, implement new technologies, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead supplier account management and commodity strategies, negotiate and maintain supplier agreements, drive supplier performance improvement plans, resolve systemic supply chain issues, coordinate new supplier introductions and disengagements, and present cost reduction opportunities while managing subordinate managers and aligning with product lifecycle processes.

Provide advanced technical escalation support for MDP/MPKG/ALD equipment and software, perform root cause analysis, support on-site repairs and NPI, publish technical documentation, coach field service, and collaborate with BU engineers to improve products and processes.
