As a Process Engineer IV, you'll design, optimize manufacturing processes, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, generate documentation, and engage with customers in semiconductor and display technologies.

Develop algorithms and major modules, conduct research and evaluations, document processes, and guide developers in compliance with project goals.

Lead end-to-end strategic technical programs: develop plans, manage schedules and cross-functional resources, provide technical and process leadership, define KPIs, drive change management, and represent business users to stakeholders and executives.

Manage engineers to tackle complex hardware characterization and process engineering challenges, while leading strategic collaborations and market improvement efforts.

As a Process Engineer IV, you will design and optimize manufacturing processes, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with customers and vendors in the semiconductor and display industries.

Perform production, inventory, and process planning activities using SAP/MRP. Maintain order release schedules, reconcile supply and demand, manage ECO/ECR impacts, audit WIP and inventory, analyze lead times and capacity, drive root cause corrective actions, and support training for planning staff.

Manage ALD new product transitions from planning through volume production: create project plans, drive builds (lab, ELS, DTOR), develop ATO manufacturing strategy and POR, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure build/test documentation, supplier and field quality, monitor cost and schedule, resolve technical obstacles, and complete transitions to meet capacity, cycle time, and quality targets.

Design, develop, and debug complex software for semiconductor equipment. Create documentation, test procedures, specifications and test plans. Troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and collaborate with internal and external customers on requirements and scheduling.

Provide customer-facing process and equipment support for semiconductor manufacturing systems. Lead on-site installations, system diagnostics, repairs, DOE-driven experiments, statistical data analysis, root cause investigations, and technical reporting. Collaborate with customers and R&D, mentor junior staff, and may lead small projects.

Research and interpret import/export regulations and trade controls for spare parts and products. Support trade classification, duty mitigation, export licensing, and customs requirements. Update regional trade compliance programs, deliver compliance training, translate regulatory language for stakeholders, perform audits of regulatory data, and support trade manager projects.
