The Digital Tools Application Engineer will leverage customer insights and technical expertise to improve the WRA platform, manage customer relationships, lead technical reviews, and oversee project management activities to enhance service delivery for customers in the semiconductor industry.

Leads technical projects from planning through implementation, managing schedules, budgets, resources, purchase orders, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Coordinates engineering and business stakeholders, provides project status updates, supports equipment deployment, resolves risks and complications, and contributes process expertise and strategic solutions. The role impacts customer and operational objectives and requires approximately 10% travel.

Provides software support for Applied Materials equipment, resolving low-complexity application and systems issues with supervision. Supports customers through a ticketing system, assists field engineers with issue analysis, and develops product knowledge through training and certifications.
