As a Process Engineer, you will design and optimize manufacturing processes, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, measure film properties, and generate technical documentation.

Develop and enable process design kits, validate and automate libraries, and support LVS, parasitic extraction, standard-cell characterization, and RTL-to-GDS flows. Analyze design technology co-optimization and power, performance, and area tradeoffs. Use Tcl, Python, Make, and shell scripting with Synopsys and Cadence physical-design tools. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, anticipate future-node challenges, and collaborate with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Defines project and program objectives, milestones, outcomes, resource plans, and viability activities. Ensures assigned projects meet specifications, cost, resource, and schedule requirements; documents development phases; manages material and financial resources; collaborates across teams; and supports research, technology development, and process integration. The role may involve cleanroom work, PPE, physical activity, and 10% travel.

Lead project planning and execution for equipment programs: manage schedules, budgets, resources, purchase orders, and cross-functional teams; provide technical and process expertise; resolve project issues; deliver on-time, within-budget outcomes. Travel ~10%.
