The Senior NPI Demand Planner converts engineering BOMs and program requirements into procurement signals using SAP MRP and Kinaxis Rapid Response. Responsibilities include BOM analysis, material reservations, planned orders, shortage and critical-path management, supplier and buyer coordination, commit-date development, NPI spend tracking, ECO/ECR impact assessment, and process improvement. The role serves as the materials planning point of contact across engineering, procurement, finance, manufacturing, and program management throughout prototype, pilot, and pre-production phases.

Designs and analyzes process engineering experiments, characterizes hardware systems, measures film properties, troubleshoots complex issues, and performs root cause analysis. Builds a global category management organization, drives operating-model transformation, develops talent, manages supplier risk and performance, and deploys AI-enabled procurement and analytics capabilities. Partners with executive leadership to align sourcing strategies with business growth, capital planning, operational needs, and long-term resilience.

Leads advanced CMOS FEOL process integration projects for semiconductor and display manufacturing. Designs experiments, collects and analyzes process data, characterizes hardware, measures film properties, troubleshoots engineering issues, develops new technologies and instrumentation, and produces technical documentation. Collaborates with R&D teams, customers, vendors, and suppliers while delivering innovative solutions, patents, and research contributions.

Lead the Business Management organization to set strategy, forecast and deliver bookings, revenue and gross margin; drive pricing and competitive positioning; manage senior customer interactions and cross-functional programs; develop managers and present business results to BU leadership. Responsible for market share goals, complex negotiations, and ensuring product priorities align with customer roadmaps.

The role involves developing project plans, managing resources and budgets, leading multifunctional teams, and interfacing with customers to ensure project objectives are met.
