Leads demand and production management for semiconductor manufacturing operations, including production metrics, capacity planning, resource utilization, schedules, delivery performance, and cost efficiency. Leads the global Workplace, Infrastructure, and Lab Operations category portfolio, including strategy, governance, supplier relationship management, organizational development, stakeholder partnerships, and value realization. Builds a global category management organization, drives operating-model transformation, develops talent, manages supplier risk and performance, and deploys AI-enabled procurement and analytics capabilities. Partners with executive leadership to align sourcing strategies with business growth, capital planning, operational needs, and long-term resilience.

Leads advanced CMOS FEOL process integration projects for semiconductor and display manufacturing. Designs experiments, collects and analyzes process data, characterizes hardware, measures film properties, troubleshoots engineering issues, develops new technologies and instrumentation, and produces technical documentation. Collaborates with R&D teams, customers, vendors, and suppliers while delivering innovative solutions, patents, and research contributions.

Lead the Business Management organization to set strategy, forecast and deliver bookings, revenue and gross margin; drive pricing and competitive positioning; manage senior customer interactions and cross-functional programs; develop managers and present business results to BU leadership. Responsible for market share goals, complex negotiations, and ensuring product priorities align with customer roadmaps.
