Lead operational planning and execution for global partner advisory boards and strategic roundtables. Oversee complex employee lifecycle operations across the US and Canada, including terminations, work authorization and I-9 compliance, Workday data audits, case management, and process transitions. Manages strategic higher education customers using Salesforce Signature Success. Serves as the primary customer accountability point, builds executive relationships, coordinates success services, guides feature adoption, supports renewals and expansion, and advocates during high-severity incidents. The role translates technical concepts into business outcomes, coordinates cross-functional teams, identifies implementation risks, and improves customers’ technical and operational health. Occasional customer-site travel and after-hours or weekend coverage may be required.

Develop and execute product marketing strategy for Salesforce’s Financial Services industry, including positioning, messaging, go-to-market plans, funnel content, customer stories, events, webinars, website pages, and sales enablement. Partner with Sales, Product, Industry Advisors, executives, and customers to drive pipeline and adoption. Use AI tools and build AI-assisted workflows while presenting at events and coaching speakers.

Software engineering interns contribute to real Salesforce product, platform, and AI-powered projects under experienced mentorship. Responsibilities include applying computer science fundamentals, object-oriented programming, algorithms, and data structures to practical solutions; experimenting with AI-assisted development tools; collaborating with engineering teams; and learning through technical training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
