Drive post-sale adoption for Agentforce Sales products by owning content strategy, creating demos/tutorials/videos, building enablement programs for field/partners/CS, driving customer advocacy and community engagement, and partnering cross-functionally to inform product and GTM decisions.

Lead enterprise-wide headcount and workforce compensation planning, build driver-based forecasting and advanced scenario models, champion AI/ML and analytics for planning, deliver executive reporting and narratives, drive systems and process transformation, manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships, and build and mentor a high-performing FP&A team.

Lead Salesforce's congressional engagement for federal legislative priorities, focusing on NDAA and appropriations. Track and analyze legislation, cultivate Hill relationships, draft memos/briefings, support coalition and political engagement, advise internal teams and public sector sales, and shape policy positions on cybersecurity, IT modernization, privacy, and AI governance.

Develop backend applications, APIs, and integrations while ensuring scalability and stability. Collaborate in Agile teams and maintain quality code through testing.
