This role requires technical leadership in finance engineering, focusing on architecting and implementing solutions in Workday Financials, integrations with external systems, and mentoring engineers while fostering innovation.

Develop backend applications, APIs, and integrations while ensuring scalability and stability. Collaborate in Agile teams and maintain quality code through testing.

Own monthly close activities for compensation & benefits accounting: journal entries, reconciliations, consolidated P&L and balance sheet analyses, SOX controls, financial reporting support, partner with internal/external stakeholders, and drive process improvements and automation.

Drive post-sale adoption for Agentforce Sales products by owning content strategy, creating demos/tutorials/videos, building enablement programs for field/partners/CS, driving customer advocacy and community engagement, and partnering cross-functionally to inform product and GTM decisions.

Manage end-to-end marketing planning, reporting, and data governance. Support annual planning and quarterly close, drive financial reporting adjustments, track spend and executive decks, partner with Finance and Strategy, and provide insights and enablement to scale decision-making across global marketing.
