Lead global technology systems and operations for Games and VFX production: define strategy, run daily support operations, drive automation and integrations, manage teams and MSPs, own incident and root-cause processes, collaborate with engineering/product to improve pipelines, and deliver training and scalable, secure production workflows.

Lead centralization of software spend, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate software deals. Drive sourcing strategy and project management for complex software procurements, partner with Infosec/Finance/Legal, maintain contracting and vendor records, and build product knowledge for Studio and Corporate stakeholders.

Lead product strategy and execution for cloud gaming infrastructure, driving roadmaps, end-to-end projects, and infrastructure innovations. Optimize cloud compute, streaming performance, latency, storage, and developer tools to deliver high-quality game streaming. Collaborate cross-functionally, translate performance data into features, and improve developer workflows to enable scalable, performant game streaming experiences.

Lead UCAN sales reporting, revenue analytics, forecasting, and predictive modeling. Build scalable dashboards and insights, partner cross-functionally (Sales, Product, Data) to optimize revenue, pipeline, segmentation, and sales strategy, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.

Lead product strategy and roadmaps for games social platform features (multiplayer, sharing, chat). Drive end-to-end execution for backend systems and partner tooling, align cross-functional stakeholders, use experimentation and UX feedback to iterate, and partner with Trust & Safety, Legal, and Support to ensure a high-quality, trusted social experience.

Provide high-volume administrative support to Partner Operations and Aggregation Partnerships: manage complex global calendars, stand up org structures, coordinate cross-functional communication, schedule and run meetings, arrange domestic and international travel and expenses, plan events and offsites, maintain team distribution lists and Slack channels, and partner with HR/Recruiting/Finance/Facilities to operationalize org changes.
