Owns the company’s HR function, including onboarding and offboarding, performance reviews, employee relations, hiring coordination, benefits administration, multi-state compliance, documentation, and process development. The role serves as the primary HR contact for a 22-person remote organization, escalating investigations and legal matters to the CEO and outside counsel while supporting compensation recommendations and organizational growth.

Drive net-new and expansion revenue for CMMC readiness, remediation, Microsoft 365 GCC/GCC High, Azure, and managed services. Prospect, qualify, and close complex cloud and compliance deals; own full sales cycle, manage pipeline in Autotask (or similar), grow MSP/MSSP contracts, and present value to executive, compliance, and technical stakeholders.
