Lead the full product lifecycle for installed video systems, including roadmap creation, requirements documentation, business cases, financial planning, engineering collaboration, product demonstrations, launch strategies, metrics analysis, competitive research, and trade show leadership. The role requires deep AV system design expertise, especially AV-over-IP video technologies, plus experience with product marketing, agile development, and OEM/ODM relationships.

Develop and execute North America channel marketing programs with sales, product marketing, and partners. Manage campaigns, budgets, partner resources, events, creative deliverables, and measure program effectiveness to drive channel engagement and revenue.

Own and execute regional direct sales strategy to drive OEM adoption of Dante. Develop new accounts, manage existing OEM relationships, forecast, conduct product roadmap discussions, use Salesforce/CPQ, attend trade shows, and travel ~35%.
