Build and ship production AI-powered development features, including agentic workflows, LLM pipelines, retrieval systems, evaluations, fine-tuning, and latency optimization. Own AI feature quality from prototyping through deployment and monitoring. The role evaluates AI tooling, optimizes build and development workflows, partners across engineering, reviews architecture and code, and contributes hands-on when possible. Responsibilities span developer tooling, infrastructure, testing, CI/CD, build systems, and scalable engineering practices.
