Lead assembly production efficiency and industrialization for new product programs. Design and trial manufacturing equipment and production lines, reduce cycle times and costs, document industrial processes, support production technicians, and identify bottlenecks through production system workshops. Collaborate with vendors on equipment procurement and implement work instructions, PFMEA, process validation plans, control plans, and related process documentation.

Lead customer service and procurement teams while managing site supply and production planning. Responsibilities include coordinating SIOP/MPS, resolving bottlenecks, balancing capacity and inventory, analyzing customer forecasts, overseeing logistics and transportation plans, monitoring delivery and supplier service performance, managing returnable containers, and driving corrective actions and inventory reduction initiatives.

Leads multidisciplinary R&D activities for automotive electrification projects, serving as the primary technical contact internally and externally. Coordinates contributors, schedules, budgets, engineering deliverables, technical reviews, risk mitigation, change requests, and customer requirements. Ensures product development meets quality, cost, milestone, platform standardization, APQP, and ASPICE requirements. Requires strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and experience with power conversion and embedded software, preferably for traction inverters.

Manage raw material and component inventory to meet Master Production Schedule. Plan requirements, send weekly forecasts to suppliers, monitor arrivals, measure supplier service rate, drive inventory reductions, support supply chain improvements (Kanban, EDI, pull flow), coordinate cross-functional actions, and ensure backup coverage for supplier accounts.

Plans and coordinates industrial engineering assignments involving assembly process design, improvement, and manufacturing engineering. Troubleshoots assembly issues, develops process and equipment changes, maintains documentation, reviews production schedules, and leads cross-functional problem-solving using PFMEAs, Poka-Yoke, and Six Sigma. Supports customer initial sample submissions and provides leadership in quality, productivity, safety, ergonomics, and training.

Prepare, review, and file personal property and miscellaneous state and local tax returns; manage abatements and incentive applications; reconcile tax accounts to the general ledger; support SALT audits and compliance; research multi-state tax laws; maintain calendars and documentation; partner with internal teams and implement process improvements.

Lead advanced software and system projects, coordinating System, Software, and Validation teams with R&D, Finance, Sales, and Industrial stakeholders. Manage schedules, milestones, risks, change requests, documentation, audits, and compliance workflows. Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies while ensuring alignment with ASPICE, ISO 26262 Functional Safety, cybersecurity, quality, safety, and timing requirements. Translate technical issues for executives and nontechnical stakeholders and drive consensus across teams without direct authority.
