Operate and evolve AMP platform to ensure reliability, security, compliance, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. Drive technical direction for agent safety, post-quantum readiness, protocol modernization, and reliable AI/agent engineering while ensuring operational excellence and stakeholder alignment.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Microsoft Defender Experts (MDR), manage and mentor a team of product managers, partner with engineering and cross‑functional teams to deliver AI‑driven detection and response capabilities, define KPIs, and drive go‑to‑market and operational excellence for a global security service.
