Develop and test code to increase availability, reliability, performance, and observability of large-scale distributed systems; build telemetry and automation; troubleshoot production issues; participate in code/design reviews, on-call rotations, and incident response; collaborate with product teams to deploy scalable solutions.

Lead conceptual interactive creative and visual storytelling across web, launch sites, and emerging platforms. Develop and mature a cryogenic process-design-kit for superconducting quantum hardware. Own model-to-measurement characterization, plan and analyze cryogenic test chips, extend foundry PDKs to low-temperature regimes, partner with foundry and device teams, establish characterization infrastructure, and use EDA/layout/physical-verification toolsets to translate measurements into models, design rules, and documentation for scalable quantum circuit design.

Lead supplier quality strategy and drive root-cause analysis for cloud server hardware. Perform hands-on GPU subsystem and system-level debugging in global data centers, manage NPI builds and quality gates, establish critical-to-quality metrics, and coordinate cross-team and supplier resolution of high-severity issues.
