Lead division-wide technical programs to improve engineering processes and drive cost and operational efficiencies for hyperscale cloud infrastructure. Serve as primary government contact, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with security and contractual requirements.

Lead silicon planning and co-engineering with silicon partners to drive integrated hardware-software Windows devices from vision through development to market. Coordinate cross-functional teams, resolve partner issues and blockers, and oversee tools/infrastructure for efficient co-engineering engagement.

Design, implement, and operate highly scalable Azure cloud services and full‑stack features for Compute Manager. Own design, coding, debugging, reliability, and on‑call operations as a DRI. Collaborate across teams to improve availability, performance, observability, and run distributed systems at hyperscale.
