Leads automotive electronics programs across the full product lifecycle while overseeing operational performance. Coordinates cross-functional teams, customer relationships, suppliers, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, cybersecurity, and program risks. Manages operations teams, financial performance, productivity, staffing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing metrics including scrap, schedule attainment, labor efficiency, and OEE. Ensures customer requirements, production objectives, audits, and business-case goals are achieved.

Partners with supply chain, finance, purchasing, engineering, manufacturing, brokers, and government agencies. The role also supports CTPAT, customs technology deployment, and AI-driven automation for classification, trade agreement qualification, screening, and documentation.

Leads the design, integration, validation, and launch of vehicle systems, components, and complete vehicle programs. Serves as the primary technical contact for customers, suppliers, and global engineering teams; oversees requirements, DFMEA, DVP&R, CAD release, validation strategies, root-cause resolution, manufacturing feasibility, and launch readiness. Provides technical leadership, conducts reviews, mentors engineers, supports benchmarking and continuous improvement, and ensures delivery against quality, cost, timing, and regulatory objectives.

Provides foundational IT support by resolving help desk tickets, configuring hardware, maintaining software, troubleshooting networks, managing IT assets, documenting processes, and supporting user accounts. The intern will also assist with IT security audits, process automation using scripting and AI tools, system upgrades, data migrations, onboarding, and walk-up support.

Analyzes specifications, lays out metal stock, and sets up and operates machine tools. Fits and assembles components to fabricate and repair dies, cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and machinists’ hand tools. Modifies dies to reflect engineering changes and provides guidance to apprentices.

Directs purchasing operations, including supplier selection, purchase orders, market analysis, contract compliance, commodity sourcing, supplier performance, cost reduction, and purchasing procedures. Supervises personnel, coordinates with internal departments and suppliers, establishes purchasing goals, addresses grievances, and ensures environmental, health, and safety compliance across purchasing activities.

Leads global purchasing finance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost savings, spend reporting, allocations, and financial analysis. Owns standardized purchasing financial processes, reporting automation, data quality, and digital analytics solutions. Oversees supplier financial risk management, mitigation, governance, audits, ESG metrics, and sustainability reporting. Partners with purchasing, supply chain, operations, IT, plants, and corporate finance while ensuring financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards.
