Designs and develops automotive exterior glass products and processes from concept through launch. Leads product/process/material development, VA/VE, DFMEA, DVP&R, EBOM, prototyping, and production support. Coordinates with design, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers to resolve complex issues using DOE, DFSS, and 8D tools, and supports gated launches and continuous improvement activities.

Design and implement cloud architectures for smart factory solutions across AWS/Azure/GCP. Recommend secure, resilient cloud services; develop storage, microservice/container-based solutions; migrate legacy systems; troubleshoot production issues; work with DevOps tools and present technical designs to executives.

Design, specify, and manage tooling and die development for automotive programs. Coordinate with die shops for build, buyoff, commissioning, and production readiness. Maintain tooling documentation, monitor progress, resolve timing issues, support continuous improvement, and perform on-site tooling reviews.

Support mechatronics systems engineering by performing vehicle and system-level testing, data acquisition and analysis, simulation and calibration (MATLAB), and contributing to eDrive/inverter/eMotor system requirements, modeling, and test method development. Assist in documentation, root-cause investigations, and cross-team collaboration while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Lead automation projects from concept to implementation: develop statements of work, run proofs of concept, monitor suppliers/stakeholders, train manufacturing teams on digitalization, capture best practices, set technical guidelines, prioritize projects, and ensure Lean principles are followed.
