Lead procurement for plant operations, sourcing production materials, services, and indirect supplies. Manage supplier network, run RFQ/RFPs, negotiate contracts, drive cost reduction and supplier performance, ensure supply continuity, support audits and compliance, and collaborate with Finance and Operations on purchasing and capital projects.

Support inventory management for automotive production by maintaining stock accuracy, analyzing inventory levels, coordinating with operations and suppliers, completing required trainings, and participating in performance assessments by supervisors.

Manage local purchasing for assigned suppliers and production site: negotiate, maintain master data/ASLs, support supplier onboarding, audits, inventory reduction, VAVE, and supplier performance improvements.

Designs, develops, installs, and maintains PLC-based plant control systems to ensure reliable, efficient production. Programs and troubleshoots Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs and HMIs, supports robotics/CNC/vision integration, creates electrical schematics and backups, and drives continuous improvement and preventative maintenance. Works with manufacturing and quality to resolve issues and implements Factory 4.0 initiatives while following safety and quality standards.
