Support the School Director in safe, effective school operations, oversee day-to-day activities in the Director's absence, promote children's social, physical, and intellectual growth, ensure compliance with company and state licensing, recruit and retain staff, and help achieve profitability.

Operate as the process and operational lead for enterprise talent programs—performance management, goal setting, talent reviews, succession planning, IDPs, and high-potential identification. Drive governance, stakeholder enablement, analytics, dashboards, and continuous improvement. Partner with HRBPs, leaders, and HR tech to deliver reporting, training, communications, and change management to strengthen leadership capability and organizational readiness.

Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation: define scope, governance, plans, risks, budgets, communications, and handoffs. Develop change management, coordinate vendors, create executive presentations, and ensure PMO and policy compliance.
