Develop and optimize deep learning, foundation, and GenAI models for semiconductor image processing and computer vision. Responsibilities include translating product requirements into model designs, prototyping, training, tuning, validating, analyzing bottlenecks, optimizing architectures and precision, and deploying efficient models. The role requires collaboration and technical presentations, with travel up to 10%.

Sustain mechanical design for RAPID legacy semiconductor inspection systems. Lead design, analysis (FEA, thermal, CFD), prototyping, testing and integration of opto-mechanical modules, precision mechanisms, packaging and mechatronic systems. Manage vendor relationships, select materials and fabrication methods, support manufacturing handoff, and resolve obsolescence and performance issues.

Verifies semiconductor metrology systems at the factory, troubleshoots production issues, identifies root causes, develops corrective action plans, guides manufacturing execution, collaborates with European engineering teams, approves tool shipments, and optimizes bills of materials, procedures, and configurations for cost, availability, and scalability. The role requires international travel to Europe for training.

Develop and deploy CAPRES semiconductor metrology applications, characterize electrical and magnetic measurements, analyze data, and create application methodologies and documentation. Support U.S. customer engagements through on-site evaluations, recipe setup, optimization, troubleshooting, process integration, and use-case qualification. Capture customer requirements and recommend tool and software improvements while collaborating with engineering, marketing, field, and global teams.
